A fantastic building company who helped us from the planning and design, through to the finished project. The project was a complete remodelling of downstairs including moving a kitchen and removing two supporting walls. They were always contactable and easy to communicate with as well as sticking to agreed timelines and the finished product was fantastic.
Highly recommended!
Builders. Jokers mostly. Unreliable. Don’t stick to a price. Compromising quality. Basically best avoided.

If you’re thinking of using them don’t hesitate. They possibly won’t be the cheapest quote but you’re likely making a massive investment. Like most things in life you can’t beat quality. These guys deliver.
Wards removed an old conservatory and replaced it with a much larger brick extension. They kept us fully informed at all stages during the process and offered ideas and advice to help us achieve exactly what we wanted. They left the site neat and tidy at the end of each day and were very considerate of the the disruption caused during the build. They were always polite and trustworthy and were a pleasure to have working in and around the house. We are delighted with the finished extension completed within the agreed timescale.
They were reliable, their communications sincere keeping us fully and accurately informed at all stages during the process. We are totally satisfied with the quality and finish of the completed build and it was a pleasure to have them on site. However, the cost of chocolate bars was more than the extension.
Tom, Josh and co recently knocked 3 rooms into one in our bungalow to provide a kitchen diner (alongside knocking a wall down replacing it with patio doors onto the back garden). We were more than pleased with the result. The work was completed within the promised timescale and to high standards. They dealt with everything for us making it hassle free; we did nothing. There were no unexpected fees/charges. All workers were courteous and friendly. At the end of each day the site was cleared so there was no excess mess.
We would definitely recommend them to our family, friends and anyone else!
Fabulous work Wards. Been a joy having you on our project. Considering we’ve been living with each other for half a year, we’ve got on famously. That’s down to your team and the courtesy and care they take in our home. Work is top quality too. Cant wait for the topping out party in the new garden!
