Overview: Cladding works

The job specification on this project was to remove the existing composite cladding, battens and breather membrane. The existing building needed significant squaring up with timbers to achieve the sleek and sharp finish required. The building was clad with 3m x 1.5m Rockpanel cladding. Each panel had a 3mm shadow gap and the rivet style fixings were lined through using a laser level to give the precise engineered finish. The entire flat roof covering was replaced and the parapet was finished using black aluminium capping.
