Overview: Roof terrace
Location: Ampthill
The customer desired some additional outdoor space, to this already quirky and unique property in the centre of Ampthill. By stripping the existing flat roof covering, rebuilding the kerbs for the roof lanterns we allowed natural light to flood into the home. This space was previously unusable and suffered sitting water. The new tri-flex roof covering accompanied by the composite decking has transformed this area into an outdoor space for relaxing or socialising.
